With more than 40 years of operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry, Ruud brings a wealth of experience to dyami aviation security services.

He was an operational manager within Cargo and Ground operations and developed the Security Department within KLM Cargo.

He was involved in the development of the EU ACC3 regulations on Air Cargo and the ACAS regulations for air cargo into the US.

​

He played a major role in the process to certificate the REST screening method. The development of new cargo screening methods has a special interest.

​

He used to be a member in the Cargo Security Working groups of the AEA, the A4E, and IATA.

​

For IATA he conducted, as a certified ISAGO auditor, audits in ground operations all over the world.

He was responsible for the ACC3 certification of KLM/Martinair cargo
