Fragile environments involve numerous socio-economic, geopolitical, cultural, and institutional factors that interact with each other. Companies aiming to conduct business in complex and risk-prone contexts face many challenges.
This training proposal aims to foster the development of responsible businesses, and equip companies with the necessary tools to navigate complex geopolitical contexts. A proper understanding and awareness of the company's impact, positionality and accountability within the local dynamics could turn out to be a key tool to identify challenges and threats and to prevent and mitigate potential security risks.

Over de trainer
Puck Holthuis, werkzaam als Global Intelligence Analyst en trainer bij Dyami, heeft een achtergrond in de Chinese taal, cultuur en filosofie (BA International Communication gericht op China, MA Chinese Filosofie) en Internationale Betrekkingen (MA Conflict Studies and Human Rights). Ze heeft in totaal meer dan 4 jaar in China gewoond, gestudeerd en gewerkt. Deze persoonlijke ervaringen en verhalen verwerkt ze ook graag in haar training. Puck hecht veel belang aan succesvolle interculturele communicatie om zo de risico’s te minimaliseren en samenwerking te versterken.
