The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation recently announced a large economic fund for Dutch entrepreneurs and enterprises to help rebuild Ukraine. While this is a good sign for the Ukrainian Government, at dyami | strategic security services we believe that there are inherent risks that many Dutch companies are not aware of if they choose to invest their time, money, and people into this plan.
