Marco is a senior consultant within aviation. His experience with operators, flight schools, and simulator centers brings in a huge set of experiences to Dyami. He knows how to create structures in a chaotic environment. His specialty is management systems and risk management.

Marco has a background within Martinair Holland as Safety and Compliance Manager and Corporate Security Manager. He has implemented the Environmental Management System and later successfully integrated the different management systems to the Integrated Safety Management System of Martinair. Later he became the project leader to implement an ISO 9001 Quality Management System for Avion Simulators.
