Anneloe Brakel

Anneloe is currently enrolled in the masters Conflict Studies & Human Rights at Utrecht University. During this program, she has conducted research on conflict and political unrest in Central America. Next to her specific interest in this region, Anneloe is highly interested in geopolitical competition fought through cyber-, information- and cognitive warfare. She is an experienced researcher in the field of disinformation and is very keen to learn more about (cyber) espionage. Dyami will offer her the opportunity to bring her academic experience and interests into practice. Furthermore, Anneloe did her Bachelor's in History and International Relations from Historical Perspective, equipping her with skills to contextualize (historical) events and to acknowledge both the uniqueness and similarities between certain events.
